How does it work?

The EasyBookStay Online Booking System allows your business to show up-to-date, real-time availability on the internet and is a quick and easy way to accept online bookings.The system allows your guests to check availability, get a definite price for their stay and book rooms online in three easy steps:

1. Search

Your customer clicks a link on your website and is taken through to the EasyBookStay website, where they select their arrival date, departure date, number of rooms and the number of occupants for each room.

2. Confirm

Once they have selected their rooms, your customer enters their name, address, contact information and payment details using the secure confirmation page. This information is encrypted and transmitted safely over an SSL connection.

3. Complete

The booking process is then completed and an email containing the booking details is sent to the hotel and to the customer. The booking data is automatically downloaded to the hotel computer, where it can be accepted or rejected.

The EasyBookStay Online Bookings System connects to the EasyBook Booking and Guest Management Software running on your computer. The online system is linked to your exisiting website via a 'Book Online' button. Once a booking has been put through the online system, it is seamlessly transferred to your computer where it can be processed into a booking within EasyBook with a single click. Bookings added or amended in EasyBook are automatically uploaded to the online system so that you are always displaying correct availability on the web.


How much does it cost?

Unlike a lot of other online booking systems, there are NO COMMISSION CHARGES for bookings made through this system. You simply pay a fixed monthly price based on the number of rooms that you want to sell online.

For a limited time only there is NO SETUP FEE (Usually £100.00 plus VAT)

The Online Booking System is paid for on a monthly basis, by pre-arranged Standing Order or Direct Debit payment. The cost is based on the number of rooms/apartments that you want to sell online.

What's involved in the setup?

To use the EasyBookStay Online Booking System, you will need to be running version 4 of the EasyBook Booking and Guest Management Software. If you are not already running EasyBook or don't have version 4, you can find details on how to upgrade or purchase the EasyBook software here.

The setup of the online system involves installing the EasyBook Online Booking Module and the EasyBookStay Data Transfer Application. This can be done by ourselves, in which case we would dial into your computer and install the software for you, or we can provide instructions so that you can install the software yourself.

Once your order is confirmed we work with you on the setup of the system for your business.

This involves setting up your dedicated Online Availability and Bookings area based on the style of your existing website. We then confirm the room/apartment and tariff details and set up the link program for EasyBook on your computer. The system is then tested. Finally the link is made “Live” on your website using either a button that we can provide, or a text link, whichever you prefer. You can put as many links to your Online Bookings System on your website as you require at no additional cost.
